Are the stones real diamonds?
Our stone type is GONA® Stone, which is an excellent alternative to natural gemstones because it is more scratch-resistant for everyday wear. Unlike natural gemstones that are mined from the earth using large machinery, explosives, and unsafe working conditions, the GONA® Stone was developed to be more durable with better optical characteristics than of a diamond while maintaining an ethical standard to protect our environment.
Will this jewelry turn my skin green?
No, our jewelry won't turn your skin green. Jewelry that turns your skin green is made of copper. Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver and silver alloys containing more than 18% silver, and the quality has been verified by International Institution SGS.
For the plated jewelry, I worry the color will fade off naturally.
We have a rigorous quality control process to ensure the quality of all of our jewelry. The plating will not fade off if you take care of your jewelry. In the rare event that something is wrong with your jewelry, please immediately contact our customer service so we can help solve your problem. If a problem should arise and within the time limit of your warranty, we'd be happy to assist you in getting your item repaired. Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while engraved or custom orders may take up to 3-10 business days.

Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?
You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself.
What if I don't like my jewelry after receive it?
Don't worry about it. We promise an easy 30-day return policy. If you don't like the jewelry after you receive the package, just return it unused and in its original packaging. Upon acceptance of your return, the refund will be issued to your original account. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.

The shipping date is based on when your package leaves our shipping department.

The Transit Time is the duration from when we ship an item to when it is delivered to you.
When you place an order with us, we will not be able to provide a specific delivery date and time immediately. However, once your package ships, the shipping carrier will set the delivery window. You will find this information in the "Order Shipped" email.
At times, the carrier may suspend weekend delivery services (Saturday Delivery). If available, you will be able to see this option on the checkout page.
APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes and U.S. Territories
Once your order ships to APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes and U.S. Territories via USPS priority mail, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. Usually, it takes around 7 to 10 business days for the order to arrive. The estimated delivery date displayed is for U.S. addresses only and does not apply to APO, FPO and DPO addresses
Exceptions to the Delivery Timeline
Delay in delivery may happen due to unforeseen circumstances. GONA will not be responsible or provide refunds for any shipping charges incurred in such cases. Although we cannot control unexpected delays, we are committed to promptly informing you of any such occurrences as soon as we become aware of them.

To ensure that you receive all notifications from us, kindly add our email ID to your address book. We recommend checking your 'Spam' and 'Junk' folders regularly to avoid missing any important emails from us.
Hold for Pickup and Alternative Delivery Options
If for some reason, you are unable to be at home to receive the delivery or if your purchase is a surprise gift, you may request for the package to be held at the shipping center. The package will be held for up to 5 business days until it is collected by you or the person you depute. The designated person must be 21 years or older and must also present a valid identity proof for verification.
Cancellation and Changes in Order
We prioritize customer satisfaction and will make every effort to accommodate a request for cancellation or changes in order before shipping. This may result in delayed delivery.
However, if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible for us to make any changes. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it after you receive the shipment. Please get in touch with us if you prefer to personally collect your package.
For Your Protection
As a security precaution to protect you against fraud, some orders may experience a slight delay in shipment due to a verification process. For orders requiring delivery to an address different from the billing address, we will verify with your credit card or financing company to ensure the availability of this alternate shipping address in their records.
In such cases where you feel your shipment is delayed, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team to expedite your order.
Insurance of Shipment
All GONA shipments are covered by insurance until the package reaches its destination. We recommend customers and/or intended recipients to be available at the shipping address at the time of delivery. Once delivered, GONA holds no responsibility for the package. If you happen to be unavailable, an authorized person will be required to sign and collect the package on your behalf at the designated shipping address.
For added security, an adult signature is required for all GONA orders.
Sales Tax
Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
When shipping to addresses in these locations, the tax will be applied to the item price, excluding any applicable discounts.
International Shipping
We ship international orders for free. Shipments are sent via FedEx, UPS or DHL. The estimated delivery date mentioned applies only to U.S. shipping addresses. Please contact our Customer Service Team to know the estimated shipment delivery time of your ordered items.
International Customs, Duties and Taxes
Prior to receiving your GONA order, the customs office of the destination country may apply customs fees, import duties, and other charges. Customs policies vary depending on the country. All charges required for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient.
For orders shipped to the UK, Canada, Australia, and all European countries. GONA collects the taxes/GST/VAT based on the shipping country.
For orders shipping to other countries, please contact your country’s customs office if you require information regarding applicable tax, duty, charges and any other details. Please feel free to contact GONA customer service in case of any queries.
The destination country’s customs office is authorized to open and inspect international shipments. If required, we are liable to provide information about your order.
If for any reason the shipment is returned from customs, the shipping amount will be deducted while processing the refund.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it. In addition to our standard 30-day return policy, all items purchased between Oct 16, 2024, and Dec 15, 2024, are eligible for extended returns or exchange until Jan 15, 2025. Returns, including free gift(s), must be unworn and in the state that you received them.
For domestic customers: We offer FREE return shipping for domestic orders (within USA). To request a return shipping label for your purchase, simply fill the Online Return Form. Returns may take up to one week for processing.
For international customers: For international returns, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
