Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package’s journey.

🔄  30-Day Return & Exchange

We want you to feel confident and comfortable when shopping with GONA. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition.

Please note that certain items, including custom-made rings, follow a special return policy due to their personalized production process.

💍 Custom Ring Policy

Each GONA custom ring is individually handcrafted after your order is placed according to your selected size and design details. The handcrafted production process requires approximately 7–12 business days before the ring can be shipped.

Because each custom ring is created exclusively for you, it cannot be returned to regular inventory or resold after production has started. Therefore, returns or exchanges for custom-made rings may be subject to a 35% customization and processing fee to cover the costs associated with materials, craftsmanship, production preparation, and order handling.

We kindly recommend carefully confirming your ring size and order details before placing your order. We truly appreciate your understanding and support of the time, skill, and care that goes into creating each handmade piece.
